RESOLUTION NO. 5415 .....
A RESOLU'l'ION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA CIVIC CENTER OFFSTREET
PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-8
P-ESOLVED, by t.he Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken
pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal COde, a hearing:has been duly
held on the Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the
fiscal year 1977-78 to pay the principal and interest on bonds
issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3896, adopted by
the Councii of the _City of Palo Alto on June 13, ·1966;
WHEREAS; this Council has heard all persons having an int~r
est in any real property within the parking assessment district; has
heard all objections, protests or other written communications fr~m·
any persons interes~ed in the real property within said district;
has taken aJid received oral and documentary evidence pertaining to'
the matters contained·in said report; has remedied and corrected
any of the acts or determinations of the various City officials as
contained therein; and is fully info~ in t:tie premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ·a$ follows:
1. _-That said Enqineer's Report and assessment roll, and each
of the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
2. That ~aid report t~ether with the certificate of ·the
City Clerk as. to the f~ct an.d date of approval -by -tiµs Council, .
shail forthwith be delivered to the County of Santa-Clara, and the
proper County. offlcer shall cause t.o _be posted to the 1:-~ rolls·,
·in the col~ provided therefor, the amount of each of the assess~
ments J>rOposed to be levied and collected for said fiscal year·
as set forth in said report as conf inned-.
