RESOLUTION NO. 5414
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIPO:RNIA A'7ENUE AR&\ OFFSTREE'r PARKING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly· had and taken
pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has
been duly held on ~e Engineer's Report and assessment roll pre-
pared for the fiscal year 1977-78 to pay the costs of maintaining
and operating the offstreet parking facilities in and for the
California Avenue Area Offstreet Parking Maintenance District in
the City;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an
interest in any real property within the parking assessment district·;·
has heard all _obj:ections, protests or other written comm.un.icat·i?ns
froni. any persons inte+ested in the,real property within said
district; bas taken and received oral and. documentary evidence. per--~
taininq to_ the matters contained in said report; has remedied and
corrected any errors or informalities in_ the repc)rt and revised _and
corrected-any of the acts or determina~ions o~ the various City
officials as cc>ntained therein; and is fully informed iri the pr8mises1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED* as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each
of the assessments therein as duly revi~ed and corrected, is hereby
_· approved and confirmed.
· · .. 2. That said report togetller with the certificate of the
~ity Clerk as to the fact and date of'approval by this Councif,
shall forthwith be delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and.the
proper county officer shall cause to be posted to the tax-rolls, in
the column provided therefor, the amount of each of the.assessments
proposed to be levied and collected for said fiscal year as set
forth in sai4 report as confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true .and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and a~pted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
