_ A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENG I NEER' S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 71-63
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
california, that
W'3'.EREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken
pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, -a public hearing has
been dli.ly held on ~ Engineer's Report and assessment roll pre-
pared for the fiscal year 1977-78 to pay the principal and interest
on bonds issued pursuant to R.gsol.ution of Intention No. 4993,_
adopted by the COunci~ of the City of Palo Alto on September 10, 19741
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest
in any real property within the parking assessment distrfct1 has
heard all objections, protests or-other written-COR1Dunications
from any Pf!!rsons interested in the real -prol>er_ty within said
district; bas taken and received oral and documentary evidence
pertaining to the matters contained in said report; has remedied . ~ .
and corrected any er-rors or informalities in the report and revised
and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various City
officials as contained tberein7 and is-:fµlly informed in the preadses1
NOW, THEREFORE, J:T rs ORDERED; as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and,
each of the assessments therein as dUly revised &nd corrected,-is
hereby approved and confirmed.
2. That said ~eport toqether with the certificate of the
City Clerk as to the fact and date of _approval by this Council"
shall forthwith be de~ivered to the COunty of S~ta Clara, and
t;he proper County off i~er shall cause to be posted to the tax
rolls, in the co_lumn -provided therefor, tbe -Unt of eaCh of the
assessments proposed tc be levied and collected-for said fiscal
year as set forth-in said report aa confirae4.
