The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows: · SECTION t. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedule G-l (Gene~al Nat~ral Gas Service) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby is amended to read as.shown on •sheet No~ ll6ao" attached hereto and incorpor- ated here in, · · SECTION 2. The Council of t.he City of Palq Alto hereby finds that the en~ctment of this ordinance is not a "project" within the meaning of that term as defined in Section il.04.130 of the.Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental assessment is necessaryo · · SECTION J •.
