A RESOLUTION AWARDHJG SALE OF BONDS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 75-63
$791,000 BONDS OF 1977
RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to its Resolution Providing for Issu-
ance of Bonds and Directing the Levy of A~mual Assessments to
Pay the Principal and Interest Thereof, and its Resolution Calling
for Bids on Sale of Bonds, adopted by this council on May 2, 197i,
notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, bids have been received and publicly opened,
examined and declared, and the result: thereof reported to this
council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
l. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to DEAN WITTER & COMPANY
as the highe:.>t reponsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the tern1s and conditions set forth in the Official
:iotice of Sale.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed
to have said bonds printed and that the same be immediately signed,
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount
therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in
said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof
