RESOLUTlO:~ OF THE COIJHCIL Of THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
A}lENDlt~G THE COMPREHENS 1 VE PLAN BY CHANGING THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS
633 AND 649 LYTTON AVENUE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO MULTlPLE FAMILY RESIDENTlAL
\ffiEREAS_. on February 14 1977 the City Council of the City
·of Palo Alto referred to the Planning Commission of the City of
Palo Alto certain proposed arnendmentb ~o the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Palo Alto adopted by City Council Resolution No 5291
on November 29, 1976, for a report pursuant to Section 19.04.070;
and
WHEREAS, after having held a public hearing on such proposed
amendments on March 30 1977. the Planning Commission.has reported
on and recommended for adoption said amendment~ and has certified
said amendments to the Ci~y Council and
WHEREAS" the City Council has held a public. hearing on the
adoption of such amendments on May.2 1977_ notice of the time
and place of which was publish(:d and given in the manner provided
by law.
NOW THEREFORE. the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows;.
SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan of the Comprehensive Plan of
the CffYorPalo Alto adopted·by the City Council by Resolution
No. 5291 hereby is amended by changing the land use designation
of that·certain property shown on the map attached hereto as
EXHIBIT A and incorporated herein_ and commonly known as 633 and
649 Lytton Av-enue_ and more specifically designated as assessor.'s
parcels nos. 120·02·086 and 12·02-078 respectively" from Single'"
Family Residential to Multiple Family Residential ..
SECTION 2.. Said Comprehensive Plan of the City of Palo Alto
shall--Oe endorsed to show that the Land Use Plan contained therein
has been so amended by the Council of rhe City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3, The Council hereby finds that none of the provisions
of this-resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
