RESOLUTION NO. 5399
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING CITY REPORT TO CALTBANS UGABDING
CITY'S ROAD AND STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Str9ets and Highways Code S.2.156 raqui:rea that
the City transmit to the California.Department of Transportation
on or before May lj 1977, a report setting forth in detail:
1. The progress the.City has ma.da.in: .the construction
or improvement· of its r~ad·or street system; and
2. Estimates of the CitJ'.s road. or .street needs. for
the next five·years and·next-ten years; and . --
WHEREAS, the Palo Alto Department.of Public .Works has
prepared such a report pursl\8nt to Streets and Highways Code
!2156;
NOW, THEREFORE, the·council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
