Code_to have a_ depth of 100 feet and the proposed lots B and D f•il to have this depth; and WHBREAs, rear lots in an~a~l zcne district are required by Section 21.32.050 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to have access to a public street with a minillnD. width of fifteen (15) feet and the proposed rear lots fail to. have accessways with this wid~h; and WBER.EAS, both the depth and width stated above require exceptions f~-.said requirements; NOW, THBRBFORB, the Council of the Ci~y of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SE(,nON 1. The City Council finds that there are special con- ditioiis affecting the lots and that the exceptions· gran~ed·herein are necessary for the preservation and enjoyment ~f a sUbatantial propertyright of the petitioner, and,that the exceptions granted herein will not be detrimental to the public welfare or inj\trious to other property in the territory in which this property is situated. · SZCTIOR 2.
