RESOLUTION NO. 5387 ORIGl~'1AL
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO EMANUEL WHITE
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Emanuel White retired on April 2, 1977, as a Lead Heavy
Equipment Operator after twenty-seven years of continuous service with
the City of Palo Alto; and
WHERF.AS, the City Council is proud of his work performance and
appreciative of his efforts and dedication toward municipal services;
NOW, THEREFORE-BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as weli as the
appreciation of the citizens of this community for faithful service
rendered to the City and extends to Emanuel White its sincere best
wishes.
