RESOLUTION NO. 5382 OR:GINAL -
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1802 FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS
101 ALMA STREET MODIFYING THE P-C DEVELOPMENT PLAN
. WHEREAS, on August 11, 1958, the Council enacted Ordinance
No. 1802 approving the Development Plans and Time Schedule for
the property known as 101 Alma Street and zoned the same P-C
(Planned Community), said Ordinance No. 1802 being subsequently
amended by Resolution No. 4953 on June 17, 1974; and
WHEREAS, it is now proposed to construct a covered parking
facility on the subject premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Development Plans approved by Ordinance No.
1802, as modified by Resolution No. 4953, are hereby modified to
permit construction of improvements as shown on the documents
entitled "Decorative Parking Enclosure -101 Alma"J attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Construction of all improvements specified herein
shall be subject to prior review and approval by
the Architectural Review Board.
2. Cc:mmencement of coI'~truction shall be within thirty
\30) days of approval of the Architectural Review
Board and completion of all improvements shall be
accomplished within sixty (60) days of conmencement
of. construction.
SECTION 2. This change of P-C District Developmen.t Plan is
necessary for the public interest, safety. convenience and
welfare.
SECnON 3. The Council finds that this Project will not
cause any significant environmental impact.
