RESOLUTION NO. 5369 ORIGINAL
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES
WILLOW ROAD PROJECT NO. 74-65
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the-Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the City make and enter into an Agreement with
Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for the providing of consulting
engineering services in connection with the proposed Willow Road
Project No_. 74-65 dated and in form a copy of which ha~ been pre-
sented to this Council, and the Mayor is hereby authorize~ to
ex~~ute said Agreement, on behalf of the City, in duplicate, and
the City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature and to affix
the corporate seal of the City thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
