SA~ITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
1. The City Clerk is hereby directed to call for bids
for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 5268 adop~ed by this Council on
October 12, 1976. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared
by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by causing copies
thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses inter-
ested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the
date of sale of said bonds. Said bids are to be received at
3:00 p.m. on April 4, 1977, and will be referred to and considered
by the Council at its meeting at 7:30 p.m. on April 4, 1977.
2. T.;e City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wil~on, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality oi the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
