RESOLUTION NO. 5365
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF SALE
SILVA AVENUE-SILVA COUR'l' ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council proposes to issue and sell about
$32,228.70 principal amount of bonds, authorized in proceedings
conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5268, adopted
October 12, 1976;
WHEREAS, pursuant to this Council's authorization, the
City's bonrl counsel has prepared _and presented to this Council
a Notice of Sale containing information material to the offering
and sale of said bonds; a~d
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the Notice of Sale,
has made such corrections thereto as it deems proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. The Notice of Sale is approved for distribution in the
offering and sale of $32,228.70 principal amount of bonds.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute
the Notice of Sale on behalf of the City.
3. The City's bond counsel, on behalf of the City and
its City Clerk, is authorized and directed to cause the Notice
of Sala to be distributed to such municipal bond broker-dealers,
to such banking institutions and to such other p~rsons as may be
interested in purchasing the bonds therein offered for sale.
