RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL O!' THE CITY OF PALO AL'l'O
EXPRESSING Al'PRJCIATION TO PHILIP L. RAY
UPON HIS UTUEMBNT
WHEllBAS, Philip L. Ray retired on February 7, 1977 aa Police Lieutenant
after twenty-nine ye&ra of continuous service with the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance and appreciative
of uia efforts and dedication toward municipal services;
NOW, 'l'HEBEirOR!, BE IT RESOLVED that the CoU1lcil of the City of Palo Alto
hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well as the appreciation of
the citizens of this community for faithful service rendered to the City
and extends (~ Philip L. Ray its sincere beat wishes for a long and happy
retirement.
