A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SILVA AVENUE -SILVA COURT ASSESSME:ln' DISTRICT
SANITARY SE1-r'ERAGE PROJECT '
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alt-o~
California, truit
-'HEREA.S, the City Clerk of this City did in_ open session
on the 12th day--of January, 1977, publicly examine and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for the work to be ?one and improve-
ments to be made, as described and specified in Resolution of
Intention No. 5268 adopted by this Council on October 12, 1976,
to which resolu.tion re:ferenee 1s hereby made for _a description
ot the work.and impro.vements to be done and the materials_. supplies
and equipment to be f'urn1shed therefor; and
WHEREAS, said bids were referred to and considered by tbia
Council at its meeting on January 2-. 1977;"
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED~ as rollows:
1.. That this Council hereb1 reJects all of said propo~l:s
or bids except that hereina.fter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing the work and improvements and turn1sh1ng the

responsible bidder, to wi_t:

California 94101. Should a finding of any discrepancy regardin.g
the ratio of apprentices to journeymen be made, the City Clerk
shall notify the Division of Apprenticeship Standards of such
findings.
