A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
SILVA AVENUE -SILVA COURT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SANITARY SEWYRAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California~ that the City Treasurer of said City be and he is
hereby appointed Collection Officer and the person to whom
payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 5268 adopted by this Council on October 12, 1976, and
that his office in the Civic Center, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo
Alto, California, is hereby designated as the place at which the
said payments will be made, and the Superintendent of Streets is
hereby relieved or all responsibility in connection with collect-
1ng said assessments.
