RESOLUTION NO. 5333
A RESCLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SILVA AVENUE -SILVA COURT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estlmated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 5268 adopted by the Council on October.12, 1976,
was $47,500;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $44,149;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total· assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $44,i49 and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of tha di~fer-
ence between the _original assessment and the .. new assessment.
