RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY or PALO ALTO·
COMMENDING WILLIAM MILLS AS A KEMBR OF
TH! COIOII'ITD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PUBLICATIOH OF A
NEW EDI?ION OF T&! "TREES OF PALO ALTO"

WHEREAS, William Mills hae diligently and unselfishly contributed his
time and talents while serving as a meaber of the "Tree Book Committee; and
WHEREAS, William Mills has worked untiringly on the preparation
of a new edition of the "Trees of Palo Alto11 ; and
.WHEREAS, William Mills baa made a significant personal contribution
to the cowmm1 ty through his efforts in preserving and enhancing
Palo Alto's leaacy of trees; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to William Mills for his outstanding efforts in the
community interest;
NOW, THDEJ'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of tbe City of Palo
Alto wishes to eltpress its appreciation and c.omends William. Kills for
his public service.
