COMMENDING JEAN LIBBY AS AllBMBER OF
THE COMKI'n'D USPORSIBLE FOi THE PUBLICATION OF A
NEW BDITION OF THE JITUES OP PALO ALTO"
WHEBEAS, Jean Libby ha1 diligently and unselfishly contributed her
time and talenu while aerving as a member of the "Tree Book Committee"; and
WHEREAS, Jean Libby baa worked untiringly on t~e prep~ration
of a new edition of the "Trees of Palo Alto11 ; and
WEBEAS, Jean Libby baa made a significant personal contribution
to the community through her ef forte in preserving and e~ucing
Palo Alto's legacy of treee; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to expr4!ss its
appreciation to Jean Libby for her outstanding efforts in the
cO'IBlUllity interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'I BESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto wiahe• to express ita appreciation and c0111111e11ds Jean Libby for
bar public service.
