.~, George Hood bas diligently and unselfishly contributed his
his time and talents while serving as a member of the "Tree Book Committee; and
WHEREAS, George Hood has worked untiringly on the preparation
of a new editi?n of the "Trees of Palo Alto"; and
WHEREAS, George Hood bas made a significant personal contribution
to the community through his efforts in preserving and enhancing
Palo Alto's legacy of trees; and
WHEREAS, the Councll of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to George Hood for his outstanding efforts':in the
conawuty interest;
NOW, 'l.'HE1lEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto wishes to express its appreciation and co ends George Hood for
his public service.
