RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 2236 FOR THE PROPERTY AT 449-455 EAST CHARLESTON
ROAD TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. That subsection (e) of Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 2236 adopted June 15, 1965, being the P -C Development Plan.
for property known as 449-455 East Charleston Road be amended
to read as follows:
"(e) Development Schedule: Construction shall start
on or before November 30, 1966. All construction
and development shall be completed within fifteen
(15) months of start of construction."
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of said ordinance
shall remain in effect as previousl+ adopted.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: August 8, 1966 by unanimous vote
