RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto, sitting as a Board
of Equalization, finds that no verified applications have been
made and filed before this Board for reduction in any assess-
ment on the 1966-1967 assessment roll, and upon examination of
the assessment books and the assessments made by the City
Assessor for the fiscal year 1966-1967 said Board finds that
said assessments have been correctly and legally made and that
the same are just and equitable.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment books with
the assessments now entered therein shall be the Assessment
Roll upon which each and every tax upon real property is to be
levied for the year 1966-1967.
