RESOLUTION NO. 4055
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 260 SHERIDAN AVENUE BY EXTENDING THE TIME
LIMIT FOR DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2224, adopted December 28, 1964,
established a P -C zone district for certain property along Birch
Street and Sheridan Avenue, now known as 260 Sheridan Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2224, as amended by
Resolution No. 3860, passed December 13, 1965, adopted a Develop-
ment Plan and Development Schedule for said property, and
WHEREAS, the Council on recommendation of the Planning
Commission desires to extend the Development Schedule of said
Development Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Sub -paragraph (6) of Section 3 of Ordinance No.
2224, being the Development Plan for the property known as
260 Sheridan Avenue, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
"(6) Construction of four stories of the office building
shall be permitted with 107 temporary offstreet park-
ing spaces being provided in lieu of the permanent
parking structure. Said spaces shall be provided
within 500 feet of the subject property. Construction
of the permanent parking structure shall start within
eighteen (18) months of the establishment of the re-
alignment of Page Mill Road or, if the realignment of
Page Mill Road is not determined and no land trade is
made by December 13, 1968, construction of the parking
structure must begin within one (1) year thereafter."
SECTION 2. That all other sections of
shall remain as originally written.
