RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS APPROVED BY
ORDINANCES 2290 AND 2344 FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS
"RANCHO ARASTRADERO", BY EXTEND/NG THE TIME LIMIT
FOR DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Ordinances 2290 and 2344 established a P -C zone
district for the property known as "Rancho Arastradero" and
locatedinthe vicinity of 1600 Arastradero Road, and
WHEREAS, the Development Plan for "Rancho Arastradero" is
set forth in EXHIBIT C to Ordinance 2290 (EXHIBIT C being Planning
Commission Resolution No. 33), and
WHEREAS, the Council on recommendation of the Planning
Commission desires to extend the development schedule set forth
in said Development Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1, That Paragraph 7 (entitled Development Schedule)
of Planning Commission Resolution No. 33 attached as EXHIBIT C
to Ordinance No. 2290, adopted May 16, 1966, be and is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7. Development Schedule
Unit I Start of construction within 36
months of approval.
Units II, III & IV Start of construction within 15
months after start of construction
of previous unit."
SECTION 2. That all other sections of said Development Plan
shall remain as originally written.
