J : s RESOLUTION NO. 4053 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4042 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS" EL CAMINO REAL TTIDENING PROJECT NO. 64-1 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that Resolution No. 4042 entitled "A Resolution Determining Unpaid Assessments and Providing for Issuance of Bonds" adopted by this Council on November 6, 1967, be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows: 1. That Exhibit "A" attached to said Resolution be amended by striking out :assessment No. 97 in the amount of $10,248.96, which was paid in cash after the List of Unpaid Assessments had been filed in the office of the City Treasurer, and changing the total of the unpaid assessments shown on said list from $612,768.03 to $602,519.07. 2. That Section 3 of said Resolution be amended to read as follows: "3. The unpaid list is in the amount of $602,519.07 and bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments in said amount in accordance with the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code) and under and pursuant to the provisions of said Resolution of Pre- liminary Determination and of Intention, as amended, and the pro- ceedings thereunder duly had and taken; that said bonds shall be six hundred three (603) in number, shall be dated December 4, 1967, and bear interest from their date at the rate of not to exceed six percent (6%) per annum, and the denomination of said bonds with their respective numbers and dates of maturity are as shown on Exhibit "B" hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference.'` • • 3. That Section 5 of said Resolution be amended to read as follows: n5. Said bonds shall be signed by the manual signature of the City Treasurer and by the engraved, printed or lithographed signature of the City C1eriz, and the official seal of said City shall be affixed thereto, or printed. engraved or lithographed thereon. The interest coupons affixed thereto shall be signed by the engraved, printed or lithographed signature of said Treasurer, and such signing and sealing of said bonds by said officers and sign- ing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall constitute and be a sufficient and binding execution of each and every one of said bonds and all of the coupons thereon respectively. Said bonds shall be substantially in the form set forthin the Improvement Bond Act of 1915". 4. That Exhibit"B" attached to said Resolution be amended to read as follows: "Exhibit 'B' Series Bond Nos.
