RESOLUTION NO. 4045
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2971 TO MODIFY PARKING RESTRIC-
TIONS ON CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PARKING LOTS IN THE
CALIFORNIA AVENUE BUSINESS DISTRICT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of Resolution 2971, as amended, is
further amended so that the four-hour parking limitation on
parking lots C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6, C-7 and C-8 shall be
effective only between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. daily,
provided that there shall be no time limit on Sundays and holidays.
SECTION 2. The "Parking Zones Map of the City of Palo Alto"
is amended accordingly and the City Manager is authorized and
directed to erect appropriate signs on said lots.
