RESOLUTION NO. 4043
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING
PROJECT NO. 64-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3760 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention, adopted by said Council on August 10,
1964, as subsequently amended, and its Resolution calling for bids
on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on October 2, 1967,
notice of said sale has been duly given; _
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving
bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received
and publicly opened, examined and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
Robert E. Schweser Company of California, Ltd.
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to' be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale
of said bonda and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he i� hereby, directed to have
said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately,
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount
therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in
said written offer.
3. That the'. interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 6th day of _ November , 196 7 , by the following vote of the
members thereof:
