HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 4033• 1 • ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4033 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO, EQUALIZING THE ASSESSMENTS OF PROPERTY ON THE LOCAL ROLL The Council of the City of Palo Alto, sitting as a Board of Equalization, finds that: (a) Applications for reduction of assessment were duly filed by A. and S. Ginstling and Charles and Dorothy Lindquist and a hearing was held on said applications by this Board on July 24, 1967, at which time the Board heard testimony from both of said applicants and the City Assessor. (b) Said hearing was continued to September 18, 1967 for the purpose of hearing any further applications for re- duction of assessment that might be filed. (c) On this date the continued hearing was held and no additional applicants for reduction of assessment appeared and no further testimony was presented. (d) The full cash value as shown by the City Assessor on the local roll for fiscal year 1967-1968 for each of said applicant's property has been correctly entered on said roll. (e) The ratio of assessed value to full cash value, as applied by the City Assessor for the purpose of assessing said property on the local roll for the year 1967-1968 has been correctly applied, the assessments are just and equitable and each and all of said applications for reduction of assess- ment are hereby denied, NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto, sitting as a Board of Equalization, does RESOLVE as follows: • • SECTION 1.
