RESOLUTION NO. 4020
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ESTABLISH CERTAIN
MISCELLANEOUS FEES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to fix
reasonable fees to be charged by the City for the following:
(a) Maps, publications and documents.
(b) Library fees, except for the fee for non-resident
cards.
(c) Fees for Recreation Department services, facilities
and programs, except for admissions and golf course
fees.
SECTION 2. The City Manager may also fix reasonable fees
for such other items and services as may be regularly or occasion-
ally furnished to members of the general public by the City
whenever, in his judgment, it is proper that such a fee be
charged and whenever there is no provision for such fee otherwise
imposed by ordinance or resolution or other action of the Council.
SECTION 3. Resolution No. 3262 is hereby rescinded.
