RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND ASSISTANT CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE
ACT OF 1950
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the following named individuals are
hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of
Palo Alto, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of California, applications and documents for the pur-
pose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal
Civil Defense Act of 1950, As Amended, (Public Law 920, 81st
Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297):
