RESOLUTION NO. 4007
DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AND ORDERING
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING
PROJECT NO. 64-i
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1967, this Council adopted its Resolu-
tion No. 4001 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to
Make Changes and Modifications, wherein it did preliminarily
determine that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require, and that it intends to order certain changes and modifi-
cations therein particularly described, in the proceedings being
conducted under Resolution No. 3760 of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention adopted by this Council on August 10, 1964;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 4001, notice has
been duly given of the time and place when and where said Council
will consider and finally determine whether the public interest,
convenience and necessity require said changes, and when and
where it will consider and finally act upon the matter of making
said changes and modifications and when and where it will hear
ell protests in relation thereto; and
WHEREAS, no
persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That all protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity
require said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution
•
No. 4001 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make
Changes and Modifications adopted by this Council on May 22, 1967.
3. That said changes and modifications are hereby ordered
to be made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said
Resolution No. 4001.

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting there-
