A RESOLUTION ORDERING ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTICN
AND REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that it is hereby determined that the additional amount of $ 230,000
be contributed by the City of Palo Alto from
Gas Tax
funds towards the cost of acquisition of
land and related land severance, in proceedings being conducted
pursuant to Resolution No. 3760, A Resolution of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention, adopted by said Council on August 10, 1964,
and that the total assessment be reduced by said amount and each
individual assessment for land acquisition cost be reduced by its
pro rata share of the amount of said additional contribution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 5th day of July , 1967, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen Arnold, Beahrs, Berwali,
Clark, Comstock, Cooley, Dias, Gallagher, Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
NOES, Councilmen: None
