RESOLUTION NO. 3987
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
(ACQUISITION PROCEEDINGS - EL CANINO REAL PROJECT NO. 64-1)
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the Mayor of this City be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute in duplicate, on behalf of
the City of Palo Alto, that certain Agreement between the City
of Palo Alto and the County of Santa Clara, and the City Clerk
is directed to attest- his signature and affix thereto the offi-
cial seal of the City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 10th day of April
