RESOLUTION NO. 3953 PALO RESOLUTION OFTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO 47... -�� ORDERING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENTS IN TRACT 948, GREEN ACRES #2 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council of the City of Palo Alto to vacate public utilities easements in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, as shown on a map marked EXHIBIT A attached hereto, and further described in EXHIBM B attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby find that the aforesaid easements have not been used for the purpose for which they were dedicated or acquired for five consecutive years next preceding the date of this resolution; and WHEREAS, from al/ the evidence submitted to the Council__ of the City of Palo Alto it is found that said easements as described herein are unnecessary for present or prospective public utilities and drainagerurpo8,es. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does' RESOLVE as -follows: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50443 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby order that said easements as described herein be, and hereby are vacated. 0 em 7640 ME 499 SECTION 2. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50443 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby order that said easements as described herein be, and hereby are vacated. 1 SECTION 2.
