RESOLUTION NO. 5176
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULE G·l OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO GAS RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedule G· l (General Natural Gas Servi(:e) of
the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby is amended to
read as shown on "Sheet No. 116ae" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds
that the enactment of this resolution is not a "project" within
the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental assess-
ment is necessary. ·
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
January 1, 1976.
