RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES E-5, W-5, G-5 AND S-5 OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING
TO ELECTRIC, WATER, GAS AND SEWER. RATES
The Council of-the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Munic!pal Code, Schedules E-5 (Electric Service Connecti9ns),
W-5 (Water Service), G-5 (Gas Service) and S-5 (Sewer Service)
of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are ~ended
to read as shown on "Sheets 106.lb, 106.2b~~l06:41;>, ·106:6a, 106.71!-,
106.8, lllh, 112h, 118e, 119e, and 125£," attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds
that tne enactment of this ordinance is not a "project" within
the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental assess-
ment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
January 1, 1976.
