• • e RESOLUTION NO _5169 9 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING RESOLUTION 4291 CHANGING THE CITYWIDE STOP 1NT~RSECTION SYSTEM AND MAP The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows. SECTION 1. The Council hereby adopts the modifications to the existing stop sign system as set. forth· in EXHIBIT A, a doc1Jment entitled "Stop Sign System Modification," and as set forth in EXHIBIT B, a map entitled "Proposed Modi.fications to Stop Intersection System, November, 1975," which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, to change the existing four-way stop intersection at Newell Road and Parkinson Avenue to a two-way stop intersection. SECTION 2. The map adopted by Resolution 4291 of the Councif of the City of Palo Alto. entitled "Stop Intersection System Map of the City of Palo Alto," as amended from time to time, shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of Section l. hereof. Said map is on file with the Division of Transportation. SECTION 3. The Council finds that the passage of this resolution will have no significant adverse environmental impact.
