Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municfpal Code, Schedules E-1 (Domestic llec~ric Service) and E-2 (Coumercial Electric Servic~) of the Palo Alto Dtilitiea Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read aa 1bovn on "Sheets lOle, 102e, and 103e" attached hereto and incorporated herein. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a "project" within the meaning of that term as definad in Section 11.04.130 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental assessment is necessary. SEcrION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective January I, 1976. The maxilllUll demand in any month will be the maximum average p~r in kilowatts taken during any lS-minute interval in the month provided that in case the load is intermittent or subject to violent fluctuations, the· City may use a 5-minute interval.
