RESOLUTION NO. 5166
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO AL~O
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2711 (AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 5150) TO MODIFY THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE P-C
DISTRICT KNOWN AS 765 AND 777 SAN ANTONIO ROAD
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 5150, adopted
September 22, 1975, which amended Ordinance No. 2711, adopted
April 9, 1973, covering the P-C district at 765 and 777 San
Antonio Road, is hereby superseded and amended so that said
Section 3 now shall read. as follows:
"SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance
No. 2711 shall remain in full force and effect ex-
cept as provided herein.
a. Improvements: Structures, off-street
parking, landscaping, circulation and
all other improvements shall be sub-
stantially as shown on the approved
development plan [consisting of four-
teen (14) sheets and marked on one sheet
as revised on September 25, 1975, filed
in the Zoning Administrator's Records as
75-ZC-S] except that all retaining walls
shall be stuccoed to cover the block
pattern.
b. The final landscape plan shall be sub-
mitted to the Architectural Review Board
for review and approval.
c. The n~w driveway to San Antonio Avenue
shall be constructed and signed in accord-
ance with the requirements of the City
Engineer and the City Transportation
Director.
Said development plan shall be subject.to the con-
dition that the developer construct 88 living units, of
which 12 percent, or at least 10 of such units, shall
sell at a price 15 percent below the lowest price at
which any of the remaining units are offered on the market.
Of the minimum 10 required units, at.least five shall con-
tain two bedrooms and at least five shall contain three
bedrooms. In no event shall the price of the required
three bedroom units exceed $38,000 or the price of the
required two bedroom units excee4 $31,000."
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this resolution is
necessary for the public interest, convenience, and general
welfare and will have no significant adverse impact upon the
environment.
