RESOLUTION. NO. 5163
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1889 (AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 5073) TO EXTEND. THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE
P-C DISTRICT KNOWN AS 2800 WEST BAYSHORE ROAD
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1889, as adopted
September 28, 1959, and as amended by Resolution No. 5073, adopted
March 31, 1975, is hereby amended.to require start of construction
by October l, 1976, and completion of all development and improve-
ments within six (6) months thereafter.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1889, as
amended by Resolution No. 5073, shall remain in full force and
effect as originally· adopted.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this project
qualifies for a categorical exemption from the requirements for
an environmental assessment.
