RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS TO THE"CITY'S NEEDS
AND AUTHORIZING A SALE THEREOF TO SCENIC LAND
PROPERTIES, INC.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property hereby
is declared surplus to the needs of the City and its sale to
Scenic Land Properties, Inc. is authorized for the price of
Four hundred dollars ($400.00) . •
All that certain property in the City of Palo Alto.
County of Santa Clara,. Seate of California described
as follows:
PARCEL A nEGIN'NING at the most northerly corne~ of Lot 150 of the
C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision.of the Clarke Ranch,
which Map was filed in Book "O'' of. Maps at page 16, on
November 11, 1912, Santa Clara County Records;
THENCE S. 54°43'50" W. (shown as N. 54°30'E. on said Map)
along the northT·1esterly boundary line of said lot a distance
of 50.00 feet;
THENCE s. 51°45' E. (shown as s. 52°0'E. on said Map) a
distance of 3.13 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
THENCE S. 51°45'E., a distance of 28.16 feet;
THENCE S. 54°43'50''W. parallel to the northwesterly boundary
line of Lot 150, a distance ~f 100.00 feet; -
THENCE N. 51°45'W. a distance of 28.16 feet;
THENCE N. 54°43'50"£. a distance of 100.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
Reserving therefrom a 3 feet wide coincident Public Utilities
and Storm Drain Easement whose northwesterly boundary line
coincides with the most northwesterly boundary of the said
described parcel (whose bearing is N. 54°43'50" E. with a
distance of 100.00 feet)
All easements include the interest in, under, over, across
and upon the real property together with the right to enter
upon and pass and repass over and along said easement whenever
and :wberever_ ne_cessary for the purpose above set forth.

whose northwesterly boundary line has a bearing of N. 54°43'50"

Reserving therefrom a strip-of·land 5.00 feet in width for

SECTION 2. The Council of the City.of Palo Alto hereby finds
that this project will have no significant adverse environmental
impact.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby authorizes the Cit:y Manager
to execute a Grant Deed conveying such property and any other
docume~ts necessary to convey title to Scenic Land Properties,
Inc.
