Ordinance No. 1534 and Resolution No. 4381, adopting and amending the Development Plan applying to 705 San Antonio Avenue, are hereby amended to modify said plan as shown on the attached Development Plan, made a p~rt hereof by this reference, subject to the following conditions: a. All development and improvements shall be substantially as shown on the attached Development Plane b. Compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances • · c. Start of construction of the refuse area enclosure within sixty (60) days of City Council approval1 completion of all modifi- cations within· seventy-five (75) days of · City Council approval. SECTION 2. Except as provided in Section 1 of this resolu- tion, Ordinance No, 1534 and Resolution No. 4381 shall remain in full force and effect~ SECTION 3~ The council finds that this project is exempt · from the requirement of an environmental impact assessment and further ~as evaluated the reports and hearings before the .. Planning Commission and concurs in the findings of the Planning-.
