COMME.~DING MORTON L, WOLFE AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTA.~OJNG PUBLIC SERVICE

WHEREAS, MORTON L. WOLFE has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation
Task Force from July 1, 1974 to August 31, 1975; and
WHEREAS, MORTON L. WOLFE has worked u.~tiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to ·improve the
quality of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, MORTON L. WOLFE has made a significant personal contribution
to the community through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair rental
housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to MORTON L. WOLFE for his outstanding efforts in the public inteTest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby expresses its appreciation and commends MORTON L. WOLFE for his public
service as a member of the RPntal Housing Mediation Task Force.
