RESOLtrrION OF ntE COUNCIL OF 11iE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING R. RAY MANGOLD AS A MEMBER OF TIIE
RENTAL HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE fOh HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OtrrSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, R." RAY ~.ANGOLD has diligently and uns~lfishly contributed of
his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation
Task Force from July 1, j974 to August 31. 1975; and
WHEREAS, R. RAY MANGOLD has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve Lhe
quality of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, R. RAY MANGOLD has made a significant personal contribution
to the community through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair rental
housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Palo Al to wishes to exp1·ess its
appreciation to R. RAY MANGOLD for his outstanding efforts in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresse5 its appreciation and commends R. RAY MANGOLD for his
public service as a member of the r.ental Housing Mediation Task Force.
