RESOLUTION OF TitE COUNCIL OF nil! CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING KERMIT M. KNOPF AS A MEMBER OF nm RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, KERMIT M. KNOPF has diligently and unselfishly contributed of
his time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task
Force from July 1, 1974 to August 31, 1975; and
WHEREAS, KERMIT M. KNOPF has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve the quality
of rental housing in the community; and
WHEREAS, KERMIT M. KNOPF has made a significant personal contribution
to the communtiy through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fai~ rental
housing relationships among tenants, owners, and managers in Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to KERf.fIT M. KNOPF for hi~ outstanding efforts in the public interest;
NOW~ 111EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby expresses its appreciation and commends KERMIT M. KNOPF for his public service
as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
