RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1561 AND RESOLUTION NO. 4202
'.L'O CHANGE THE P-C DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPLYING TO 4201
MIDDLEFIELD ROAD, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1561 and Resolution No. 4202,
adoptlng and amending the Development Plan applying to 4201
Middlefield Road, are hereby amended to modify said plan as
shown on the attached Development Plan, made a part hereof by
this reference, subject to the followinq conditions:
a. All modifications shall be substantially as
shown on the approved Development Plan. Brick
veneer terminations.shall be provided with
black anodized metal trim.
b. Compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances.
c. Start of construction within six months of the date
of _!.his resolution: . completion of all modifi-
cations within one year of start of construction.
SECTION 2. Except as provided in Section l of this resolution,
Ordinance No. 1561 a.~d Resolution No. 4202 shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this project is exempt
from the requirement of an environmental impact assessment and
further concurs in the f indinqs of the Planning Commission as
set forth in its Resolution No. 193.
