RESOLUTION NO. 5133
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULE G-l OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UTILITES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO GAS RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code) Schedule G-l (General Natural Gas Service) of
the Palo Alto Utilities Rates .and Charges is hereby amended to
read as shown on "Shett No. 116ad" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. None of the provisions of this resolution will
have a significant;,adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
September l, 1975.
