RESOLUTIOH_OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
-VICTOR HSIA FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, VICTOR HSIA ha• •erved the City of Palo Alto as a member of the
Youth Advisory Council from July 1, 1974 to June 30. 1975; and
WBDE.AS, VICTOR HSIA ha• given unselfishly of his time and talents to
assist in keeping the City Co\lncil apprised of the needs and interest of the
·youth of the community; end
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the services of VICTOR
HSIA.
• NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT llESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby gratefully records ita appreciation as well as the appreciation of the
citizens of this community for the outstanding public service rendered by
'VICTOR HSIA.
