RESOLtrrlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
RICHARD RAPHAEL FOR O"JTST.Al-.1>ING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, RICHARD RAPHAEL has served the City of Palo Alto as a member of the
Youth Advisory C~un~il from July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1975; and
WBEEEAS, RICHARD RAPHAEL bas given unselfishly of bi& time and talents to
assist in keeping the City Council apprised of the needs and interest of the
youth of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the services of RICHARD
RAPHAEL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the-Council of the City of· Palo Alto
hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well as the appreciation of the
citizens t>f this community for the outstanding public service rendered by RICHA..~
