RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ~J..TO
AMENDING SCHEDULE G-1 OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO GAS RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal eode. Schedule G-1 (General Natural-Gas Service) of
the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges is hereby amended to
read as shown on "Sheet No. 116ac" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. None of the provisions of this resolution will
have a slgnif'icant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
August IJ f975.
